A Proud Milestone for Smicos AI: Qualifier at the 2026 Presidential Filipinnovation Awards

 

Smicos AI proudly celebrates a meaningful milestone as a qualifier in the 2026 Presidential Filipinnovation Awards (PFA) – NCR Sub-National Competition, held last April 28–29, 2026 at Diamond Hotel, Makati.

 

Established under Executive Order No. 99, s. 2025, the Presidential Filipinnovation Awards is an annual competition that recognizes Filipino-owned and Filipino-registered enterprises and individuals with innovative products or services currently in the early stages of commercialization. It serves as one of the government’s flagship programs aimed at strengthening the country’s innovation ecosystem and supporting the growth of homegrown technologies.

 

The competition also highlights solutions aligned with national development goals and this year’s theme: “AGOS ASEAN: AI for Growth, Opportunity, and Sustainability in ASEAN.” Through regional Sub-National Competitions in NCR, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, innovators are given the opportunity to showcase locally relevant solutions, with top entries advancing to the National Competition.

 

For Smicos AI, being part of this prestigious event is already a proud achievement. With many strong and promising innovators in the competition, qualifying for the NCR stage is a testament to the value of the solution we continue to build.
